One year of Txtudio: four products, one standard
Txtudio Coretech Private Limited is the Kozhikode product company I founded with Arun Rajanikanth and Devang C V. It was incorporated on 31 October 2025. One year on, we build four products: Snaptiqz for events, Workeron as a business suite, DoYourDesign for interior design studios and Audit Management Solution for Indian banks.
Txtudio Coretech Private Limited was incorporated on 31 October 2025, so it turns one today. This is a short account of the year, kept to what we have built and said in public.
Where did Txtudio start?
Txtudio is a little older than its paperwork. Snaptiqz, our events product, had a GitHub organisation in May 2025 and its own domain by July. The company followed on 31 October 2025.
I founded it with Arun Rajanikanth, a director of the company, and Devang C V, our chief operating officer. I am the founder, CEO and managing director.
I also co-founded Lofritex in July 2024. Lofritex is a software studio built on client work; Txtudio is a product company based in Kozhikode, Kerala.
What did we build, and in what order?
Our About page gives the order in one line: “We started with events, then HR, interior design studios and bank audit”. One year after incorporation, this is what that line covers.
| Product | Kind of work | Built for | Delivery | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Snaptiqz | Events | Event organisers | Web and PWA | Per ticket, with custom plans for larger events |
| Workeron Suite | Business suite: HR, CRM, projects, marketing, forms | Multi-branch businesses | Web and Android | By app and by seat |
| DoYourDesign | Studio management | Interior design studios in India | Web | Per studio, quoted after a walkthrough |
| Audit Management Solution | Bank audit | Internal audit teams at Indian banks | On-premise, one bank per install | Under an agreement with each bank |
Events: Snaptiqz
We started with events. Snaptiqz covers tickets and registration, QR check-in with a phone as the scanner, email and WhatsApp campaigns, payouts and certificates for attendees who checked in. Our site sums up what it replaces: “Google Forms, cash counters and paper lists.”
One account works across its apps, from discovering an event to receiving the certificate. Organisers also get team roles and organisation verification.
By our own count, Snaptiqz has hosted 500+ events and issued 25,000+ tickets. Organisers listed on txtudio.com include Kerala Police, Kerala Police Cyberdome, Kochi Metro Rail Limited, IEEE, The Association of Surgeons of India, TEDxMACE and TEDxTIST.
Business suite: Workeron
Then HR, and today Workeron is a full business suite. It brings HRM, CRM, project management, marketing and forms together as one suite of business products, and our site sums up what it replaces: “Registers, sheets and WhatsApp groups.” It is built for anything from a single office to many branches.
Attendance check-in works only inside each branch’s geo-fence. Leave follows branch-specific policies, and worklogs, a document vault with expiry tracking and reports sit alongside.
All of its products share the same sign-in. The HRM app is on Google Play, and by our count 10+ companies run on Workeron.
Interior design studios: DoYourDesign
Then interior design studios. DoYourDesign follows a studio’s projects from design through execution and handover to completion. Snags, site visits, the material library, the ledger and margins all live in one place.
It also produces GST quotations and invoices, choosing CGST and SGST or IGST by place of supply. It is built for India, from a principal designer with a small team up to multi-site studios.
Bank audit: Audit Management Solution
Then bank audit. Audit Management Solution replaces “paper audit files, spreadsheets and emailed compliance” for internal audit teams at Indian banks. It covers risk-based internal audit (RBIA), offsite monitoring and optional AML transaction monitoring.
It builds the annual audit plan from risk and tracks each finding to a closure certificate. Each bank runs its own on-premise install, with no shared tenancy.
Its connector reads the bank’s core banking system and never writes to it. It encrypts data at field level with AES-256, and the interface works in English and Malayalam.
Why these four kinds of work?
On a slide, the four look unrelated. Our About page gives the link: each is “operational work that runs on spreadsheets and goodwill until someone builds it properly.”
Each product sits where a mistake is expensive. Think of the entry gate at an event, a check-in from the wrong branch, a GST invoice or an audit finding that never closes. That is what our tagline means by “Software for the work that can’t go wrong.”
Our home page puts it another way. “We build the software teams open first thing every morning and trust to still be right at the end of the day.”
What principles hold them together?
We published four principles on our About page, and each one shows up in the products.
- Focused products. “Each product does one job well, for one kind of team.” In the words of the About page, “We would rather go deep on one kind of work than cover every kind of work thinly.”
- Scoped by role. “Everyone sees exactly what their role allows,” and nothing more. Workeron ships with four built-in roles, from Super admin to Employee, and Audit Management Solution has eight bank roles.
- Built to be audited. “Actions are logged, data has lineage, access is deliberate.” Our software is often the record someone else will check, so the audit product keeps a tamper-evident, hash-chained trail and logs every watermarked export.
- Made in Kozhikode, used everywhere. “A product company based in Kerala, building for teams worldwide.” Snaptiqz and Workeron are built for teams anywhere, while DoYourDesign and the audit product are built for India.
What recognition did Txtudio receive?
Txtudio is recognised by Kerala Startup Mission under its startup programme, and by Startup India (DPIIT). Kerala Police’s HAC’KP 2026 hackathon lists Snaptiqz as a partner on its official site.
Recognition is not traction, and I don’t present it as traction. It does mean our names now appear on government sites: the Kerala Startup Mission listing and the HAC’KP 2026 partner list.
Who builds it?
A small team in Kozhikode. Our careers page talks about “real ownership”, and all four products are built and supported by that team.
Credit for the products belongs to that team, not only to the founders.
What comes next?
Payroll is coming to Workeron, and its waitlist is open. On workeron.app, iOS apps are listed as coming soon. Today Workeron runs on the web, and its HRM app is on Android.
Beyond that, I would rather write about what has shipped than promise dates. If you run events, a multi-branch team, a design studio or a bank’s audit function, start a conversation.
The longer story is in the Txtudio case study, and the products are at txtudio.com.
