Also known as Kiran K S

Kiran Krishnakumar Subhashini, also known as Kiran K S, is a founder and software engineer in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. Kiran is founder, CEO and managing director of Txtudio Coretech Private Limited, incorporated in October 2025. He runs Txtudio with co-founders Arun Rajanikanth and Devang C V; its products include the Workeron business suite and the Snaptiqz event platform. In July 2024 he co-founded Lofritex IT Solutions LLP, a custom software and ERP firm, with Shibin Rasheed and Nandu Krishna T. He leads it as CEO. Kiran holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering Vadakara (2019 to 2023). There he founded and chaired the IEEE Computer Society student branch chapter from 2020 to 2023.

How I got here

I studied computer science and engineering at College of Engineering Vadakara (CEV) from 2019 to 2023. In November 2020 I founded the IEEE Computer Society student branch chapter there and chaired it until February 2023. In 2021 I ran a task series on Git, HTML, CSS and JavaScript for students, published as seven repositories on the chapter’s GitHub organisation.

The engineering projects on my Work page come from those years. They include an IoT fingerprint attendance system built on an ESP8266 in 2022 and a Blockchain-as-a-Service platform, my final-year project in 2023. iNSiGHT, a civic-transparency dApp, won a hackathon at CAPE Fest.

After graduating I joined Acodez in 2023 as an associate software engineer. By 2025 I was its lead engineer, leading a software development team and managing infrastructure.

In July 2024 I co-founded Lofritex IT Solutions LLP in Kozhikode with Shibin Rasheed and Nandu Krishna T, who is our CTO. We build custom software, ERP, payroll and inventory systems, and web and mobile apps for clients, alongside our own product, Manage Matey ERP. Our site lists 50+ projects and 10+ team members, with clients in India, Saudi Arabia, Sweden and Dubai.

I founded Txtudio with Arun Rajanikanth and Devang C V, and we incorporated Txtudio Coretech Private Limited in Kozhikode in October 2025. I am CEO and managing director, Arun is a director and Devang is our COO. We started with events, then moved into HR, interior design studios and bank audit.

Today we have four products: Workeron, a business suite for HR, CRM, project management, marketing and forms; Snaptiqz for events; DoYourDesign for interior design studios; and Audit Management Solution for Indian banks. Txtudio is recognised by Kerala Startup Mission and Startup India (DPIIT). Everything we make answers to one line: software for the work that can’t go wrong.

I am also a mentor in CEV’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, which lists both companies among its entrepreneurship initiatives.

How I work

I plan before I build, and I treat AI coding agents as part of the team rather than a shortcut. I direct them across HR, CRM, forms, events and integrations work, and I keep product boundaries and security standards in my own hands.

A self-reported Y Combinator Paxel builder report, dated 20 October 2026, analysed 696 of my coding-agent sessions. Of 29 sessions that changed code, 25 started from a plan: a plan file, plan mode or one written a session or two earlier. I run up to four sessions in parallel.

Security reviews follow one rule: a finding is a claim until it points to a file and a line. When an agent flags a vulnerability, I ask for that evidence before I accept it. The Paxel report notes the same habit.

At Lofritex we follow a “Loud AI” rule: anyone who uses a prompt shares it. We replaced status meetings with method sharing, and once a month we hold a 90-minute Fix-it Friday. I explain the thinking in AI Isn’t a Shortcut, It’s Our 11th Team Member.

What I use

These tools show up in my public repositories and in our company work.

  • Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Kotlin, Solidity and C++ for ESP8266 firmware
  • Web: Astro, SolidStart, React, Node.js with Express, MongoDB, Firebase and Tailwind CSS
  • IoT and Web3: ESP8266 boards with PlatformIO, Adafruit IO, and web3.js with MetaMask
  • Agents: AI coding agents, with Claude Opus 5.5 in 89% of the sessions Paxel analysed

Smaller builds, such as a Sass watcher written in Rust, live in the Lab.

Outside work

I travel a lot, mostly alone, on my sports bike or in my car. A camera comes with me everywhere; photography is how I slow down and notice where I am. I love the energy of big cities like Dubai, and I go the other way too: up into quiet hills, where I meditate and find some inner peace.

Find me elsewhere

My code is on GitHub, though most of my work since 2025 sits in private repositories. I am also on LinkedIn. For partnerships, client work, speaking or hiring, start a conversation.
